 + -1 moreI was unaware that the store was closed on Sundays and closed at 3:00pm on Saturday. I called at 12:40pm asking if they could create a basket for me. They informed me that they could get it done depending on the size of the basket. We worked out what size they would deliver. The sales person answered the phone in a cheerful, professional manner. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that they had been very busy and several of the fruit needed to be dipped. They immediately offered two options, to take a complimentary jar of Edible Arrangements fudge, or wait approx. 10 minutes to allow for the selected pieces to be dipped and harden. I chose the free fudge. The entire exchange was again, done with professional attitude. They immediately indicated that it was an issue and provided options to resolution. Neither of which was time consuming. I will definitely do business with this company again.
Description of Work: I wanted to take something different/unusual with me to a Tree decorating party for the holidays. Edible Arrangements offers "floral arrangements" made out of fruit. Grapes, oranges, apples, pineapples, and different melons are cut, shaped, and/or dipped into chocolate to make a beautiful arrangement.
