DONEGAN APPLIANCE INC

I called and made an appointment for between 9:00 and 10:00 am. At 10:15 I called again and was told there was no appointment but they would get there by noon. At noon they said that they discovered that there was indeed an appointment and would be right there. At 1:30 they called me to ask for the address again, as I tried to explain obvious landmarks they snapped that they had had a map and did not need my input. They did indicate that they were at the right street name in a different town. At 2:30 they got there and insisted that since the ice was ice it was working and there was nothing to do. When I pointed out that it was barely cold enough to keep ice frozen he went on that he had been in the business for years and knew better. He did decide not to charge me for all the privileges of his arrival.

HE TOOK THE BACK OFF AND TIGHTENED A FEW THINGS. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE VERY EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE THE COMPUTER BOARD BACK THERE. HE REPLACED THE PANEL, SOMETIMES IT WORKED, AND SOMETIMES IT DIDN'T JUST LIKE BEFORE. IT WAS A FLAT $60 SERVICE FEE. I FELT IT WAS REASONABLE. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND CAME OUT IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
