Very helpful and understanding of reality!

Perez Landscape Service recently installed a new outdoor patio out of pavers at my house. Now, this project came with its fair share of challenges due to my air conditioning lines running near the area where I wanted the patio installed and the fact that there once was a tree in that area (that I removed) but the roots remained in the ground where the pavers would lay. Despite these challenges, Perez Landscape Service was able to make it all work to create the patio space I had envisioned for my outdoor area! They removed the roots that were in the ground and in the way of the new pavers, (which let me tell you was no small task because these were some thick roots!) They then prepared the ground with the proper slope for ensuring water drained correctly when it rains outside (which is important!) and they installed the pavers I selected in the area where the tree/tree roots once were. They also created a walkway out of pavers for me to get to the new patio from my driveway. Not only did they complete this major project in a timely and professional manner, but they also communicated with me every step of the way. (It was easy to reach them if I had any questions because they were always just a call or text away, which I truly appreciated). Once the pavers were laid, they even came out on two (2) more occasions to apply sealant to the new pavers, which ensured the sealant was applied correctly with adequate time to dry before the next application. (This helps protect my pavers from weathering so I can enjoy the patio for a long time!) In fact, I have already had a few get togethers and family gatherings in my new outdoor space and have received compliments from friends and family about the look of the pavers (the sealant gave it a nice finished look!). For these reasons, I am very satisfied with Perez Landscape Service and would definitely recommend their services. I would also personally use their services again on any future outdoor projects I may have. If you are thinking about contacting them for a project, go for it! I did so, and Iâ m glad I did.
