They did the flooring first and then I had them come out and do the master bath because I thought they did excellent work. I had to call a plumber because they dropped a piece of tile down the toilet and that caused some plumbing issues. I called to let them know and they didn't take care of it. They told me it was done by their sub-contractor and he was not available. I didn't think that was very professional at all. I paid them to do the work and not the sub contractor.  They were so unprofessional. They were a lot of days when they were supposed to show up and they didn't.  I would not recommend them. It was not worth it to take it to the small claims court. They brought their plumber twice because it clogged up twice and the second time I thought it was maybe it was not their fault and I was willing to pay for half the plumbers charge at that time. When the parent services came and put a camera to find what the problem was that's when I got to know about it.
