Property Management
She is not only passive aggressive with her services, she is very RUDE. Do not use her services as she is only out to get your money and work for even more incompetent owners. Makes up bogus move out deductions for spite. I would never recommend her services to a dog.

Real Estate Service
Despite confirming our appointment earlier that morning, she no-showed me at the property the first time. She blamed the problem on her phone, and didn't even apologize. I viewed the property on our second meeting, and liked the property and the price. However, there were some interesting caveats in her lease agreement. I decided not to rent with her, not because I didn't like the property, but because I did not trust this agent. The above date of our meeting is approximate.
