Let me just say, Sergeo came out today to cut the lawn and trim up the hedges. This guy was professional and went out of his to make sure the job was not only done to just make it look good, he left here with a smile on his face and was super nice! Great job my guy! Thank you!

2 months ago we started with an estimate, agreement, service for lawn maintenance, weed spraying and wiring, trim some shrubs as needed. After 2 months the yard (non grassed areas) is full of weeds, shrubs trimmed twice and only when I asked for, some not at all. They send different crews which do not communicate to each other so comments of one week did not reach the following week crew. They also want to be paid in advance for the month of service. Tried to call the office for 2 weeks, left messages, no call back. On top, in the last 2 weeks was no service. Finally I called again 2 days ago and was told they had personnel issues but nobody called me to advise. The person in charge at office did not want to listen to the issues I wanted to explain, literally told me: get another service, and hung up on me. Could not believe that and called back asking if indeed that was the case and the answer yes. Very disappointing.

Sprayed, killed 3 sculptured plants ... really miss the crepe myrtle 3. Regularly blew volcanic rock from plant beds to grass 4. Trimmed plants that were being sculptured 5. Dented garage door

They destroyed our screen pool, after that we had dead rat in it.

Poor customer service - I have made several calls, left messages and even spoke to Lilly who promised the crew would be out to cut our grass and gather the leaves. That was over a week ago and the work has not been done! We pay on time - for work not done!!

Overall great service. Driveway, walkway and sidewalk look great. A few minor spots after drying and arriving over an hour after 1-3 time frame. Would definitely use them again.

They did not perform the work promised by contract, yet sent out the billing each month!

The service is impeccable. My front and back yard have never looked better. I love the fact that they thoroughly weed all flower beds, keep yard waste picked up, and mow the lawn weekly or bi-weekly. All of the employees are very nice and personable.

They scalped my lawn, they didn’t weed eat or trim bushes or weed beds and they left grass clippings all over the lawn. It started raining after they began to cut so I gave them the benefit of doubt because I thought they would come back to finish. They didn’t. So I told them not to come back and not to send me a bill because they didn’t complete the job. I sent them pictures of the mess they left. I do not recommend this company.

The three workers that came to do the work were excellent and worked hard to accomplish the job at hand. They asked questions if in doubt and did not leave until I had checked the work. Very professional and James design looks great!!

They ruined my grass, they cut my irrigation line for my front yard, they blew trash in my landscaping area and the last 3 visits consisted of a blower and a few leafs in my driveway. Will never recommend colors of paradise.

They took my money said a couple of weeks but nothing has been done except they mow lawn every week. Really hard to rate but so far kind of disappointing.

I had gone through at least three different people that either did a terrible job or would not show up when promised. My lawn was a mess and Colors of Paradise went in and made it better than it had been in years and I'm only paying a fraction more! I am very happy, I love to drive up to my home and see my nice lawn. Very satisfied!
