We first hired Pam to sell our house in 2007. She was able to find us a buyer in a very poor market in just 3 weeks, after we had been trying to sell the house for over a year through a different agent! She then assisted us in finding our second home. After relocating out of state, I approached her for advice on hiring a property manager in Orlando. Not only did she provide several managers to interview, she even gave us a referral outside of Coldwell Banker! Her work ethic and relationship management are second to none. When we decide to sell our rental property, we will definitely be using Pam Potenza of Coldwell Banker.

Susan Heacock, the Representative who lives in Titusville and serves Brevard County, is the person who negotiated the sale of a home for me. On the morning of March 15, 2013, Susan was contacted by phone. At 1:00 the SAME DAY, she was at my house with contract in hand. She spent 2 hours or more going over every aspect of a foreclosure / short sale on the home I wanted to purchase. Since there was an offer pending on the house, we had to wait in line for the bank to slowly decide what they wanted to do. However, Susan diligently prepared all the papers necessary to have my offer considered immediately in case the previous prospective buyer didn't get the house. We learned during the first week of April the bank counter-offered, and the prospective buyer declined. Susan made several contacts and said we should know whether my offer was accepted within a couple of weeks. On April 18, Susan called with the news the bank accepted my offer! Susan is a broker with the following credentials: USACares - Assisting Military Families in Crisis; USAA - Affinity Team Member; CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert; ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative; SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
