CENTRAL FLORIDA APPRAISAL SERVICE INC

My home is very unique - not a normal looking house. It is a steel structured barn, on six acres with living area inside part of it. I needed an appraiser who would be willing to work with me and provide a reasistic value in todays market. I contacted Mellisa and arranging for the appraisal with the company. She made an appointment to meet me the next day. She arrived as planned and spent a couple of hours going over my property, taking pictures, and obtaining detailed information for the appraisal. Since there are no equivalent type houses in our area, she had to search to find compariable properties with similar acres. She completed everything the next day and sent her finding to me for review. I corrected a couple of entries on the uniform appraisal form and had the final signed appraisal two days after I made the initial contact. While I hoped the appraised value would have been higher, I do believe it was realistic considering the current Orlando area real estate market.
