Beware of this company- If you are dissatisfied with the work- they will not make it right. 
They were hired to install a gym flooring that I had bought from a gym equipment supplier. My property manager checked on them before they were done the install and noticed they had installed the Tile upside-down, so they had to redo it and flip the tile. When I inspected the install the following day, I was not happy. They had left gaps between the tile in some places almost 1/4 inch making the wood color plywood sub flooring extremely noticeable between the black rubber gym floor tile.  When I told them I was not happy with the install they told me it was my fault it was not done correctly because I failed to provide them with an installation manual for the tile. They told me they would charge me to have them re-install the tile. I went to the manufacturers website, ECORE, and immediately found the install manual. I called the manufacture and they assured me there were not suppose to be gaps between the tile. ECORE did tell me their Thick UltraTile Gym flooring is not perfectly square, which is why they describe in detail in the installation manual how to work with this small variations in tile to not have gaps.
I don't know how they are with Carpet, but I know they are not good at installing other flooring. My biggest concern with this company was they had no dedication to make the job right and research how to install the product. I was shocked how unprofessional they were on the phone when they decided to blame me for their inability to complete my project.

They were very nice people and easy work with.  They an excellent job.
