First visit; no receptionist on duty; had to flag down a hairstylist to inquire; he notified someone and returned to say it would be another five minutes; it was 10 minutes but since my limit is 15 min past appt time, I went ahead. She was a nice person but did not do a good job; two nails had polish on the cuticle which is very easily removed with an orange stick but she didn't bother. She did not trim my cuticles well either. I know she wasn't feeling well but the customer should not have to endure shoddy service. She should've stayed home and reassigned me to someone else. I believe it was the mgr who came in while I was waiting and began re-stocking handbags and wallets; it must be a sideline. All in all, the place seemed to be in disarray and quite disorganized as well as crowded.  One staff member was holding a baby but was joined my someone later and they all left. I abhor the presence of children in a professional setting.The room for manicures and pedicures is quite cramped so that did not help my claustrophobia either.  Needless to say, I will not return.

I like Debbie because she not only does nails, she's a professional. She's constantly updating her skills. She recognizes anything going with nails and can address it. She's like a doctor for nails. When I go somewhere I like to have an experience. She only works with one client at a time which I appreciate.
