Home Security System Service
Their monitoring is okay and they will respond but the billing department is horrible. The operations department is just as bad. I just think that workers are inadequate to give the necessary help that is needed.

WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEM, AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE REINSTALLATION OF THE SYSTEM. I DON'T REALLY WORRY ABOUT MY HOME SINCE THE SYSTEM WORKS VERY WELL. IT'S A VERY GOOD ALARM, AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH IT AND THE COMPANY.
