I live in Jacksonville and am updating my parents' former home in Winter Park. I have hired this company on two occasions for several different jobs and I highly recommend them. Tim is the owner and he is a great guy. The first time I called him was a Saturday morning because I had learned that a golf ball had come through the bathroom window. There wasn't anything I could do at the time because I was in Jacksonville. Tim went over within a couple of hours, took the measurements and put a protective covering over the broken window. He would not even accept payment over the phone until he could get me a proper estimate. The glass had to be special ordered; and Tim installed the new window in a timely manner. I then hired Tim to install a large bathroom mirror. On the same visit, I asked him if Baldwin Glass could fix sliding glass doors. Sure enough...they could. Tim advised that the rollers on all the sliding doors needed to be replaced. He also ordered parts for three sliding windows. I was so glad to have one company that could handle all these repairs. Tim is very knowledgeable and he does quality work.

Local company that provide prompt, courteous, professional services. I would recommend them to anyone. Tim is great. My 93 inch broken sliding door now looks and works perfectly.

Tim was very quick to respond and coordinate the repair. However, upon getting to the broken window, he advised me that it would be $450 to repair due to the fact that it was a colonial pane window (which I told him when I called). $450! For a single-pane window. When I asked about just replacing it, he advised that he could not do that; he only did repairs. He guessed that it would cost $1000 because it was a custom window. Left with an exposed window, I had no choice. Tim assured me that he could sleep at night because that was a fair price.

Got caught up with a new job and am just now typing this review! Tim and his wife were extremely professional and provided the absolute best level of customer service we ve ever experienced! One side of our French door window glass cracked all the way through due to a small rock that was catapulted while lawn-mowing, and within two days of calling Tim at Baldwin Window & Glass, it was fully repaired. Thank you both very much!!

Needed my sliding glass door repaired. Prompt response. Arrived at scheduled time and after evaluating my problem gave me a price and was all done in minimal time. Cleaned up everything and had my door working like new. Very nice team to work with. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to friends.
