Army of Maids

This company was hired for a move in clean. The only service provided was five hours of dusting. No cleaning, just dusting. When I contacted the company about this they explained that only dusting was done since dusting was listed as a priority. This is absolutely a scummy company who will overcharge you and not deliver the service shown on their website. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

Good service. Always on time. They alway send two cleaners to clean your home. They are very professional ,quick and thorough . They vacuum , dust, mop, shine all surfaces of your home. You may request additional services at an added cost. I am very pleased with the service, and will continue to use them.

Great job by Meridith and Crystal who showed up on time, surveyed the house, then went to work.? They were friendly, professional and worked efficiently to clean three full baths, vacuum bedrooms, floors and clean the kitchen to perfection.? There was no down time for these two ladies.? Army of Maids did a wonderful job getting my house clean!? Krystle and her teammate were very nice and sent me a text to let me know they were on their way.? I was very happy with fresh look and feel of my home after they were finished.? I would definitely consider bringing them back!

I had heard about Army of Maids from a coworker and they did not disappoint! They were super professional with the scheduling and made an effort to fit my schedule. The cleaning itself was great! I walked into the house and you know when someone did a good job because it just smells clean! I've had other companies that do an ok job but one or two things aren't great, like the floor is slick from the cleaning, but this time the floor was just clean, no slipperiness.
I also paid extra for a move out clean, and that was super helpful. We needed to do extra cleaning to get our deposit back, like clean the baseboards, which is an extremely tedious task, but they included that in the move out clean and they looked great! They cleaned the fridge (which was empty) and stove as well. The cleaned all the bathroom and kitchen surfaces really well, and even cleaned inside the cabinets. It saved me a ton of time while moving and I didn't have to worry or stress about going back over anything they did. 
The website is also really easy to use and I like that you can track your bookings and history. And I read on the website that they donate a lot of the profits back to the Second Harvest food bank, which is super cool! I will definitely be using this service again!

My new home was dirty from the former owner moving out and me moving in (plus the former owner had pets). Meredith and Tamika did a great job! Meredith phoned to let me know they were on the way and might be late because of their GPS pointing them in the wrong direction (but still they arrived very close to the appointment time). They split up between the bathrooms and the kitchen then moved on to the rest of the house and worked quickly and efficiently while still making sure to clean everything. Toward the end I was asked if there was anything they missed that I wanted clean (I looked around, but did not find anything that was missed). I was given a checklist showing everything that was done (similar to what is available on their website) and told that if I found anything later that was missed that I wanted cleaned to make a note for them and it would be taken care of during their next visit.

This is my first experience with a maid service. I've always hated having to do my own cleaning and am so happy to have found Army of Maids. Looking forward to seeing them regularly.
