The technician, who was the owner, did very well. He is a very conscious man. They come when they are supposed to and they call to schedule the next appointment.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE TO CALL WHEN I SHOULD BE ON AUTOMATIC, I STILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PEST PROBLEM IN 20 YEARS USING THIS SERVICE. THEY NEED A GOOD OFFICE PERSON TO KEEP UP WITH CUSTOMER SCHEDULING.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILL COME BACK AND RESPRAY FOR FREE IF YOU SEE BUGS BEFORE THE THREE MONTHS IS UP, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN RAINING HEAVILY. THERE ARE NO CONTRACTS TO SIGN OR AN OUTRAGEOUS FIRST TIME FEE.
