This review is factual and potential customers should be aware before doing business with this vendor. My experience with this florist started off with them not delivering on the day I requested, one day later. When they did deliver the flower arrangement for my daughter's birthday, a day later, it was about half the size so I requested another to be delivered to try and rectify this. They were willing to give back some of the money but that was not the point. The point was to deliver flowers on the day that I requested and as expected from the pictures on their website. The worst part of this experience was for my daughter to be greeted by the delivery person saying "I guess someone wasn't happy the first time". My daughter had nothing to do with this and this was extremely unprofessional. Read the other reviews and make your own decision but keep in mind if you are entrusting your special gift to go to a loved one I highly recommend you use someone else.

In 65 years ,it was the most embarrassing arrangement I have ever purchased.It was small for the price ,the tulips never opened and the lilies were wilted. After scrupulous care,changing water daily,it was in the garbage in 3 days. I will never use them again!

I clicked through to the website for Apple Blossom to check them out. I then called the number listed on their website and, after a computer answered the phone, Elizabeth finally came on the line. After questioning her about what they had fresh in the way of live orchids, she finally admitted that she is no where close to Winter Park and only takes the phone orders for the company. She does not know or talk to the actual flower arrangers. No thank you! Update 1/28/2014: The owner called me to find out what happened when I spoke with the answering service. He seemed very concerned and sincere but I told him that Elizabeth (who is hundreds of miles from Winter Park, FL) isn't doing him any favors. I still didn't give him any business as I had already found another provider. I have changed my initial rating from an F to a C just because I received the phone call.

Flowers were delivered on time as promised and they looked great.

I have used them for all sorts of occasions over the past six years since have been here, and I have always been satisfied. Her work is very good, and very creative. The one time that I didn't feel the flowers was for our special day. Within twenty four hours they had a whole new arrangement delivered that was twice the size of what I had ordered. How much I pay depends upon what I order, sometimes I order some tulip flowers for a very close friend, and I pay $150. For just a simple arrangement for somebody's birthday or something, I pay between $35 and $45. I would say their prices are very competitive. I have had experiences of sending flowers from other companies, and I often times do see what I send, so I have a good idea of the kind of work that they do. Their responsiveness is excellent, I called them one day when something occurred, and I wanted to send flowers that specific day. I called them at two thirty in the afternoon, and they delivered at five thirty, because I had told them that it was really important. That person had a loss in the family and was having a really hard day, and I wanted them to have flowers. Normally, I can't call after ten thirty and have flowers delivered the same day, but to call at two thirty and get something delivered that day was excellent. I get flowers from them too, a whole bunch of my friends use them, so I have had a lot of experience with them. They are people who work very hard to maintain their level of quality and confidence. They are on time, sometimes the people I send flowers to are at work, and I don't want them to set the flowers outside the door. I give them the time when I know the person will be there, and 99% of the time they will work at the end of their schedule and even if it costs them more to go from where they are to get to that place on time, they will do it.
