Setting up the appointment was very easy (Gladys was the one who called me following up on the Home Advisor request). The price was very reasonable for 1 tv mount. Evan showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He made sure the mount was marked in the correct area and showed me before he started hanging the mount. Evan made sure I was happy with the tv leveling and showed my husband and I how to adjust the tilt, etc. before he left. He left the area just as he found it.

Hired ANCE to mount our TV. Even did a great job and was very nice and professional. He worked very quickly, efficiently, and was very good at communicating with us about every aspect of placing the TV. Gladys at the front desk was beyond helpful, incredibly nice, and gave us an unbeatable price. I would recommend ANCE to anyone mounting a TV!

They were not able to fix my computer as Apple would not sell them the part at a reasonable price. It would cost more than buying a new one. Apple is at blame for this. ANCE tried very hard to find a solution for me!

Technician did not want to pull one wire through attic. Said it was too labor intensive or words to that effect. Told him two other companies had pulled tv cable through same wall with minimal effort. This company is obviously in business for big ticket jobs only. Do not recommend for residential projects. Gave them a 5 star for value as he didn't charge for stopping by...

Our procedure is to assess the job on the first visit to ensure that the technician has the correct tools and parts; on some occasions, we need to finish the job on the second visit. Our technician tried to explain the challenge that he faced with your proposed path to do the job and tried to recommend another solution but it appears that he was not given an opportunity to finish his thoughts. It was his understanding that the other two companies also experienced the same challenges and were not able to follow the path you proposed. However, as soon as we became aware of the situation, we took action and immediately offered to send you another technician who had the proper tools and parts to do the job you requested.
