 + -1 moreGreat prices, terrible service. Scheduled for delivery between 11-2, confirmed by company. Came and went. Called to find out. Told "a truck didn't go out we need to reschedule". Informed that I could not arrange the next day, as I already arranged for today. Told I could speak with manager. Waited 2.5 hours for call back - so I called again... manager not very helpful. Told him I could accept delivery tonight or first delivery tomorrow. Eventually got it for first delivery next day. A little COMMUNICATION would have been nice, not repeated calls to the store by the customer. It was obviously KNOWN that they were down a driver/truck and it would not make it today, probably first thing in the morning. Why not communicate that and try to resolve things ALL DAY? Why does the customer have to call to find out?
