I processed the service request through our Home Warranty provider, and was put in contact with R&R All Star Electrical.
They came out the next day and did a great job. The wall switch controlling the ceiling fan/light was wired incorrectly which he quickly repaired. The dead outlet was not getting any electricity because the home builder had failed to install and additional outlet in that room although the room was wired for an additional outlet. This meant the outlet in question was not getting any juice to it. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, and found where on the wall the home builder should have placed and outlet. He then cut into the wall and located the electrical wiring for an outlet. He installed a new outlet which now wired completes the circuit and the original dead outlet has power.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service.  I have them programmed in my phone for future use.

Tom had to cut through the wall in order to place the larger subpanel. However, in the process, he caused several cracks and gouges in the drywall. He refused to paint and patch the area saying it was his company's policy not to repair any damage they cause as a result of an electrical install. Unbelievable. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
