As expected

Obtained name from Angie's list called and he came out and gave estimate and ordered window and other parts for repair. Called when parts came in and did an excellent job and was not in a rush.

He was called and came shortly after. Felt comfortable with him, he did everything nice and was very clean. I'm not going to lie, I like doing things myself bc I feel svc providers charge a lot. I watched him and went to my moms house the next day and did the same thing and cost me way less. Rollers were $5 ea. I needed two for her door, I bought stuff to clean the track (goo gone $5) and super slick spray ($8 I think) and did the work and came out the same. So while I feel I paid way more, at least I learned something and he did it quick and professionally. He also replaced my track so that's what I tell myself in regards to paying more.

So I hired Dan and he was friendly, helpful, and truthful; the completed project exceeded my expectations.   The price was about two thirds of the other businesses, the quality is better than I expected and the fit was superior to my old screens.  The service was also great.  It has been a very long time since I?ve been completely satisfied with hiring someone.  Hire ?A Better Window, Inc.? and I?m sure you will be happy with your completed project too.
