We had a fantastic experience with 3MG Roofing! Josh Rooney was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. We were really happy with met him at a festival in Oviedo. From then on, it was all great things. He provided a thorough breakout in his quote, which I really appreciated and not many companies provide. Also, on site, Juan Perez and his crew did an excellent job — they were efficient, respectful, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward (and each day). Communication was great throughout the project, not only with me but also with my husband, which we really appreciated. The work was completed right on schedule on June 10 and 11, just as promised. They also added a kitchen hood vent! Highly recommend 3MG for anyone looking for quality roofing (with the extra touch) and reliable service! Hands down a 5 star+!

I know this is posted on April Fools day but unfortunately this situation is no joke. To those who also had a horrific experience I apologize for not posting this sooner. I really tried to give 3MG Roofing the benefit of doubt. NEVER in my lifetime have I ever dealt with such an unethical company. I chose to hold off on this review about 3MG roofing because I tried to give them ample time to resolve the myriad of issues they had created. Project Line: 2/1/23 - Contract date 3/13/23 - Communicated Project start date Communicated timeframe: up to 10 days. 4/11/23 - Actual start date - They ripped off my roof did not start installing until later date 5/12/23 - The local news got involved requesting them to finish the job 6/28/23 - Claimed completion date with exception of outstanding issues still being resolved. 7/15/23 - yet another leak Project timeframe: I am still having issues so should we say 2 years? Presently - Larger issues - Still having flooding around my house, have bugs and heat coming in the attic/house where I used to have Solar tube domes. Here is a few examples of issues I had (not full list): *4/17/23 - Raining in my house - I woke up to it raining in my bedroom along with water stains throughout my house and in my garage *4/24/23 - Bungie corded my gutters to my bathroom exhaust pipe which did not hold up and flooded my screened in patio (damaging my furniture) *Flooded my front entry way *Stained my driveway *Killed my grass (left metal panels on my lawn for a couple of weeks) *left all my vents in the attic disconnected this was after they claimed the job was done. *Ripped out my Solar tubes that were in contract to remain and did not replace with equivalent. 7/24/24 - Gutters no longer holding up yes still issues year later *CHARGED an additional 7,125.00 for work they did not do Also when I signed the contract I told Sergio I am going on vacation in April will that be an issue, I informed him I wanted to be around for the project. When the date got closer to April I asked when the project would start he could not tell me therefore I cancelled my family vacation which a portion could not be refunded. I went with them was because they stated they specialized in metal roofing. I was willing to pay more because I wanted to ensure the job was done right. My neighbors down the street decided to go with them not knowing I was having issues with them then later told me what a bad experience they had. I have NEVER EVER worked with such an unprofessional company in my life. Sergio told me to trust him he will be on site watching the crew the whole time. He was hardly ever there, it was me and a crew that did not speak English. Through out the 3.5 months of getting my roof installed I talked to many people in this company (Alex, Ozzie, Connor, Kyle) so this LACK of doing the right thing is clearly a company culture and not an individual. Also if any of you reading this know of a great lawyers please send them my way. I have been informed this company is taking legal action on many of their customers. They are bully's.

Just a fantastic team of people from the management to the install team. Ryan Olenek in particular really went above and beyond during the entire process, and I cannot recommend him and 3MG enough if you’re looking for a new roof or want to learn about the exciting innovations in solar! I’ll certainly use you guys again in the future. Thanks a lot guys!

Ryan and his team were so responsive and efficient. They did such a beautiful job and we are so happy we decided to go with them for our roof! We definitely will be calling them again with any future roofing needs.

I specifically worked with Ryan Olenek. I was not looking forward to dealing with a roofing company but was pleasantly surprised by the level of communication and professionalism I received. Everything that Ryan promised me was delivered to the penny. There was additional damage not covered by the first check from the insurance company but Ryan worked directly with them to get it covered. It was seamless and a great experience!! Ryan communicated all the way through the project so there were no surprises - Well outperformed my expectations!!

After meeting with several different companies I met Ryan Olenek, a project manager for 3MG. Ryan was respectful, responsive, and very efficient. After selecting 3MG, Ryan exceeded my expectation in every way. Not only did he tell me he how great 3MG is, he showed me. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in his actions. During the project Ryan was at my house every day, picking up trash and getting his hands dirty in dress clothes. My neighbors were even stopping to recognize the hard work. Ryan had a site manager, KD, that made sure the project was smooth and painless. KD communicated every step of the way with me about what was going on. Ryan and KD would take the step to ask me before proceeding with anything altering our original plan. I highly recommend 3MG Roofing to anybody in need of top-notch roofing services. An exceptional job well done!
