Whole process was very confusing, talking to multiple front desk workers that were rude and did not communicate with doctor. Doctor was nice and helpful just need better staff.

They were the quickest acting, most professional veterinary establishment i have EVER been to. So much so, that i am officially changing our pups primary to them even though it is easily 3 times the distance from us. They were friendly and the doctor had the best down to earth way of talking to us. I literally can't say enough good about the entire staff.

It is a really good place, but they charge a lot. There is almost no wait time. The vet is excellent with my pet. They are convenient and they do good work.

Overpriced, Corporate Hospital with no personalized service. Doctor told me an item was free. When I explained this they made me see a different vet. Since Dr Maxwell left no good vets.

It took a couple of weeks of hospitalization and a lot of treatments and meds, but our dog is now completely recovered. The doctors were very clear about prices and options.

As I stated, only went in to pick up flea control items but have used VHA for all my cats needs and have never had an issue. Their compassion, understanding, knowledge and service is second to none. I do not have a negative comment, per se, but know you do pay more than other vets. However, you get what you pay for and it's worth every penny.

I love my veterinarian. They seem to be a little bit higher price but they are always there for 24 hours. There's always someone there. I don't have to worry about them being closed. I get really good care. They always text me or call me to get a hold of me. I felt really good when the surgery was done. If I have any questions, I can always call them and ask them questions and they don't mind. They correspond by e-mail without a problem. I don't have any problems with them. The surgery went well. Probably 2 years ago, my husband fell on him and the whole skin around the dog needed to be re-attached and they did an awesome job on him. You can't even tell that he had any type of surgery. They've done that very wonderful. There's like 4 to 6 different doctors there and there's always one on duty. They have cheaper prices during their regular normal hours and if it's after hours, they are more expensive. So I would say they are pretty comparable in most of their services.

He is an excellent veterinarian. He is a very nice guy. They are just excellent veterinarians, and they have wonderful staff there. They are very helpful, and they get you right in. If you got a 3 o'clock appointment, you will get in at 2:59. They are very good in taking of dogs. I have used a couple of other veterinarians here at times that I did not know, but they are also very competent and very good. They got a 24-hour emergency care center. They are open 24-hours a day. I actually found them by accident. My little dog, Tony got cancer. He was about to pass away. The oncologist told us to take some veterinarian. We knew the man who owns that clinic so I brought my pet there for emergency treatment. They are a little bit pricey maybe but they really work well. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I didn't like the price but otherwise, the care that my dog received and them explaining everything to me about why it needed to be done and why they were charging what they did, was very good. I don't know if their price was out of line, I haven't compared them to others, but for the regular cleaning, they were about average but because of the extraction, it went up.
