Very well. They were right on time. They were very professional. Their measurements were done with least amount of waste.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Prompt and courteous; quality work and material provided. Went above and beyond in customer service. Well worth the cost. Moved all furniture, removed old flooring, installed upgraded pad, installed flooring, hauled off old material, and cleaned up afterward. Even offered to bind some rugs for me from carpet remnants at no charge. Had originally thought of going with Lowe's or Home Depot, but decided on Tuckers because of the quality of the material and the services that were included in the price of the flooring. So pleased with the work and would wholeheartedly recommend them!

Everything went very smoothly and as promised by Wade, the salesman, and Christy, the office manager. Mario and Carlos arrived on time and laid porcelain tile on my sun porch from 8 am until nearly 3 pm with only two short breaks.  They were clean and spread drop cloths on my living room carpet. They were polite and professional at all times, and their work was superb. They used quick-crete, so the job was finished in only one day.
Several days later, Bob came a little earlier than scheduled, but not so much as to inconvenience me. Again, he was clean, professional and polite and a very skilled tradesman like Mario and Carlos.  He worked non-stop for nearly three hours, repairing my vinyl tile and finishing off the edge of a rug on the sun porch.
Tucker had laid the vinyl tile when I bought my condo in 2001, and I have been very pleased with it.  Everyone at Tucker Carpets is a pleasure to deal with.  When I need more flooring, I will do business with them again.
