We called Tradition Air, Inc. at about 3PM in the afternoon. A technitian arrived that day, checked the connection, and advised he needed a part and would return the next day. He also told us there would be no additional trip charge. The next day he arrived
as planned and completed the work quickly. He also did a full system check, something that had not been done for the year. The office personnel and the service technician were very pleasant, professional and curtious. We will call Tradition Air, Inc. again and very recommend them highly.
