The workers did a great job all in one day. They had a really hard time getting the old unit out of the attic but when they were done with the job the only way you could tell that they had been here was that the house was much cooler and the new unit did not have to work nearly as hard to keep the house cool. I will certainly use this company for any future needs I may have.

New in town - purchased older home - wanted AC serviced before turning on. Called Top Notch. Chris came out a few hours later. Professional, personable and did a great job. I learned a few things in the process. Thanks Chris - we appreciate the work you did!

Thanks Contacted Top Notch on 03/16/2016 about checking out our air conitioner. Within 1 1/2 hrs a service man was there & inspected the unit.  Said he could repair it but it needed a lot of repair. The wife & I decided we wanted a new one because this one was very old. On 03/17/2016 they showed up with the new 31/2 ton air conitionier & installed it. They were very proffisional. The unit was originaly 4300.00 but because we are on Angies list they knocked $500.00 off of the price & we paid $3700.00. This included installing everything, cleaning up, taking away old unit & furnishing us with a new thermostat. After looking for a reputable AC service company for the area my senior parents live in, I found Top Notch. Service technician Chris was prompt on arrival, and kept in contact prior to the visit to let us know when he would be there. We appreciated the honesty and forthright way he did business. Although the bad part was not available immediately at 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon, they returned the next morning, also exactly on time, and replaced it. After a good checkup of the system, test, we were very happy. My parents are also happy they found a company they feel secure in calling in the future, and that work will be performed correctly. After  having bad luck personally with contractors and service companies in general, it was refreshing to call someone who shows up when they say they will, does the work competently and doesn't look to sell you anything you don't need.

I called Top Notch today needing an inspection on my HVAC unit for purchasing a new home. They were available immediately and Leroy came to look at my unit. We went step by step through the air handler, condenser and duck work looking at everything. As a first time home buyer I didn?t even know the questions to ask. That didn?t stop him from explaining what every piece was in the air handler, how the duck work and returns work in the home, etc. I never knew I had so many questions. He gave me several tips about what to do to mitigate potential issues, and how to resolve the smaller things myself, to avoid spending money to have an A/C company come out and do the same thing. 
I am amazed at the speed of service, the detailed un-rushed encounter, and the manner of customer service extended to me. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and made several recommendations, like joining their once a year inspection program to save on costly repairs. 
In summation, I would use this company again. Thank you Leroy, and Derek; for being the A/C people I needed, when I needed it, while still making sure I was completely aware of everything you were doing. 

The cost was very reasonable. Couldn't ask for a more professional, efficient, and amiable guy than Jason. The work was thorough and completed in considerably less time than I would have expected. No hidden costs, no added expenses or recommendations for work that did not have to be done. Excellent workmanship!!

I called because I've been smelling an odor every time my a/c turned on. Top Notch was able to come out same day and checked over my whole unit, including duct work in the house and in the attic. It turns out I just need my ducts cleaned and the smell should go away. He even took the time to give me a duct cleaning company they recommend and also offered an alternative to duct cleaning called Air Oasis. I will be researching that and definitely calling Top Notch to install if we choose that route. Very professional and ounctual, honest and did not pressure me at all. Also waived the service fee because we just had our unit installed by Top Notch in January. GREAT COMPANY!

Mike came within a couple hours of my call. He gave several courtesy calls to let me know he was coming and when he'd be there. He quickly found and fixed the problem. My old unit uses the older, more expensive refrigerant. He didn't try to up-sell and was very professional and honest. I asked for a quote on a new unit and he was prepared to give it in writing right then.

The service was great, they came over and did the work. It took a little bit of time for them to contact me, and since I had an urgent need, I just contacted the company and had them send over somebody. When they came, they reimbursed me the difference between what I had paid for the big deal, and what I paid them. They had good prices compared to everybody else. I don't know if the system was making them know that I had purchased a big deal, but I called them and it took them a while to know that I had purchased the big deal.

Top Notch, is truly "TOP NOTCH".  The crew came in and had the pre equipment installed in one day.  When it past the city inspectors review and the walls were completed they came back and install the unit in one day.  They were efficient, professional, and very courteous. To top it off, they provide service beyond the normal, by coming back to the house after the electricity was turn on and testing the system, because of the owner was entertaining family and guess for the weekend.  Not only do they have my THANK YOU, BUT ALSO MY GRATITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I hope they continue to be a BLESSING to other as they were to me.

The agent was very informative and helpful. This was an amazing experience. The agent cleared out the overflow stop and the system is now working.

Called company Tuesday, provider arrived at time convenient for me (evening after work).
Tthen, provider returned the following day and repaired damage and refueled unit with freon.
It is a large unit, most of cost was for freon.
I would highly recommend the Top Notch Company.

The provider replaced a capacitor on the outside A/C unit.  They also cleared the A/C drain line and cut the end of the pipe to better allow the water to drain properly.  The provider rewired the air handler in the attic to allow the water drain pan safety cut-off to be able to shut down both the outside cooling unit and the air handler in the attic.  Before, the cut-off only shut down the outside cooling unit and allowed the air handler fan to continue to run blowing hot air. They also inspected the overflow drain pan and drain pipe for it.  The checked the coolant levels and the amp operating level for the cooling unit.  The system is now working as it was designed to.

We called Top Notch on Thursday, and by Friday afternoon, we had a new system cooling the house.  They started early and took out the old equipment, and by early afternoon we were starting to cool off!  Unfortunately this all happened on probably the hottest day of the year so far.
They were very professional, came when they said they would, told us the schedule they were working with in getting the new unit, and everything happened on time.  Everyone was really nice, very professional and great to work with. 
I've read reports of companies leaving a mess, not Top Notch.  When I got home from work, I could not even tell they were at our home...except that it was cool again!  They took the time to call us that evening to see if we were "cool", and followed up again a few days after.  Not many companies bother to do that!
I would highly recommend Top Notch to anyone having an air conditioning problem.  I would give them an A+.
