Tee's Cleaning and small repairs

I'm disabled and keep getting ripped off, so I was very cautious when I hired Teresa Wiley. When she got here, right on time, I started showing her the things I wanted done that I can't do myself. She told me to quit talking and let her get to work. She had my entire carport organized and tidy in about ten minutes. This is just one job that has been driving me nuts because I can't lift things. Ten minutes! I thought it would take someone at least an hour. I lost track of her and when I found her she had cleared out my entire back courtyard, which was so overgrown even the dogs couldn't get back there, and was bagging the yard waste and other junk that had piled up. Then she showed up like Superman in the front again where I was dealing with a worker who had convinced me I needed an entire new roof. She scared him off in utter disgust, got a ladder, and an hour later had patched  the minor leaks and was fixing the gutter, told me I need a new coating over the garage but the rest of the roof is in wonderful shape and not to worry. Good lord, what a treasure. How often does a handyman tell you things are fine, not to worry, relax? And she didn't just tell me, she showed me everything and explained in detail. Then she checked conditions in the attic and found the ducting had come apart, so I was cooling the attic! She found foil tape and fixed that in half an hour, came down soaking wet and got started on moving the heavy things I couldn't move. I pretty much stood around with my jaw scraping the ground while this whirlwind person fixed up my house. I cannot believe how fast she works, and she absolutely knows what she is doing. She has saved me THOUSANDS, and it still apparently has not occurred to her to rip me off. I am easy to sucker but she explains everything to me, gets my permission for everything, and she makes sure it is repaired properly before she calls it done. Oh, she also repaired my pool pump. That thing has leaked for 2 years. I've paid FIVE people to come out and fix it, and still it kept leaking. Teresa fixed it properly. I am truly in awe.
I can't say enough good things about Teresa Wiley. Any concerns you might have about whether a woman can do this kind of stuff needs to leave your mind right now. I have had umpteen men out here to do repairs or yard work or plumbing or whatever needs doing. They are the reason I finally got an Angie's List membership. I'm just as sexist as anyone and I'm not sure I would have hired a woman to do all these repairs. I hired Teresa merely to clean and do a little organizing. She's the one who took over and started fixing things that were really distressing to me, like a toilet that doesn't flush. She got all the cleaning and organizing done that I originally wanted in about a fifth of the time I had expected and used the rest of the time to do these important repairs. Right now she is up on the garage roof putting the coating on, after she blew into the house this morning and demanded to know what she could tackle today. "Hurry up, girl, I like to work, put me to work!"
You will not regret hiring this astonishing person to do anything on your house, from cleaning to pretty much any kind of repair. There has not been one thing so far she hasn't been able to fix properly. I will add that she has high standards and will go back over everything to make sure it will last and there are no mistakes, and she looks to make sure other things are working right (for example, she checked a toilet in the shed, found a leak, and simply turned the water off because we don't use it anyway).
Ahhh, Teresa, will you move in here?
