They are on a definite do not use list. The experience was very negative. I used them because they were an authorized Pioneer place.  The experience was pretty lousy. They never called me and I had to call them. They kept it for almost 8 weeks and kept telling me they were testing it, waiting for a part and this and that. Finally I called and they said it was ready to be picked up. It didn't work so I took it back over Labor Day weekend. They kept it for another 4 or 5 weeks and then said it was ready. I picked it up and it didn't work. I called Pioneer and they said they would send a new one to the repair place. They said when it came in to take the old one and swap it out. I did that and then the new one didn't work. After talking to the Pioneer techs we finally figured out that it was a blu-ray update that it wouldn't work with so it was never the Pioneer. If they were doing all this testing, they should have called and told me they couldn't find a problem instead of replacing parts and telling me that it needed to be resoldered. They never did that and they never got parts. Their customer service was terrible. I had to call them repeatedly and they would never call back. I would absolutely never use them again. I will drive farther to find an authorized Pioneer dealer and they were 45 miles away round trip.
