Jack was open with me beforehand about what the carpets would look like after he was done. He explained some of the problem was due to wear, which is understandable as the carpet was old. I appreciated his honestly. I am recommending him to family and friends.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The apartment looks like a completely different place after the cleaning. They were showed up on time and were very willing to provide great service. I found the owner to be very helpful and friendly. He asked me questions that no other carpet cleaner has ever asked. He and his helper took their time in doing the work and did not rush through it, as others have done. He was punctual and cleaned up after the work was done. Highly recommend and would use him in the future.
