I contacted the provider on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. They took my contact information and told me someone would call me to set up an appointment. Finally, Friday, June 10, 2016 around noon, i received a call saying he wanted to come that day to give an estimate. I explained that we were not available. He seemed to be put out when I told him that we would be available on Monday. We agreed that between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. we would meet on Monday. It is now 11 a.m. and we have not heard from them yet. Guess what, TIMES UP!

Was in Florida for 1 week. Got an estimate while I was ther and received an invoice the next week for work completed.I haven't seen the work but my neighbor inspected it and said it was great.Everything cleaned up.

They were fast, neat and very professional.  We are very happy with the price and very satisfied with the work that was done.
The cleanup was good and they were finished with the job on time. The workers were courteous and  friendly.  When you spend this kind of money you want to feel you can trust the people you give it to. Well, I do!  It's a good feeling to watch the work and know your job was completed the way it should have been completed.

Our roof was 19 years old and beginning to deteriorate (shingles curling). Sheppard Roofing began work two weeks after signing the contract. The workers were very prompt and conscientious. The job took them a little longer than expected but it was very well done. They cleaned up each afternoon and when the job was finished on the last day, the yard was spotless. Hopefully, this roof will be the last one we put on this house, but should we have issues in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to call them.

It went fantastic. They did an excellent job of installing the roof and spotless cleanup.

When no other roofers wanted to do the job, these guys gave me relief in a few hours notice.  My dad is 85 years old and called me to say that a heavy rain had penetrated his ceiling and leaked onto his bed.  He was prepared to sleep on the sofa until I found someone to fix the problem.   Being 600 miles away, I called six contractors in the Haines City area, three of which told me they would have nothing to do with a mobile home repair.  Two called back a day later.   From Angie's List, I contacted Sheppard Roofing and in a matter of hours they called me to say they would stop by the address and fix the roof. They told me it was predicted to rain that evening and they would solve the problem .  I have nothing but praise for these fellows. Calling Sheppard Roofing was the best Christmas present I could wish for.  My dad is recently widowed having lost my mom only a few weeks earlier.  In my opinion, my dad had enough grief without worrying about rain in the bed.  I can't thank the guys at Sheppard enough for their performance and generosity.

Dave showed up when he said he would. The workers were right on time and went to work. They finished and cleaned up all of their mess. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It took them only one day to complete the job. They are an excellent company, very personable, and caring about any needs.
