Long story short, had a water leak that caused a mold issue in my home. The next day a tech Chris came out inspected the problem. An estimate was given on the mold removal & the rebuild. The mold removal started right away. Met with John, who is in charge of the rebuilds, & Chris & all of my questions were answered to my liking. The rebuild was started & actually came in alot cheaper than the estimate. The work was done in a timely & efficient manner. What I really appreciated was the fact John & Chris listened to my concerns & did all they could to handle them. The professionalism of Chris & John & the rest of the crew was top notch. I would highly recommend SP of WH & would gladly use them again. 5 stars for sure.

Found a water leak on the side of the kitchen island which was due to a installation defect since then from when the house construction was finished. found mold creeping out from the kitchen island to the carpet. Opened it up and found the drainage pipe leaking and was just remedied with a packing tape from probably way back when the original plumber installed the plumbing. Called another company linked to my insurance but was disappointed since they did not progress immediately. Called Servpro of Winter Haven after finding it on a website with good reviews. Was visited immediately and the following day had started immediately on the mold remediation. Had some issues with one of the cabinets during the finishing but was rectified immediately.
