My pool project was a challenging ask as my backyard has a rapid slope that requires a seven-foot retaining wall. I sent out for quotes from eight different pool contractors and only two would even attempt such a project. When Robbie came out to survey the property, I noticed confidence in him about this challenging project that the other builder didn’t have. This is when I knew I found the guy that was going to make my families pool dreams come true. I was told they were ten months out to start the construction. This was understandable because pool construction was in such a demand. Ten months later they started the construction as Robbie projected. I knew right away I made the right decision in choosing Robbie and Roden for the project and it was worth the wait. He treats his crew very well and is a great mentor to those guys. It’s obvious that Robbie has many years of experience and knowledge. It’s also obvious that he shares that knowledge with his crew. Robbie was hands on with every phase of the construction. From digging to pouring concrete. He made sure every phase of the construction was done correctly. If I had a question or concern, Robbie was quick to answer and address it. He was very accommodating when I requested a change or an addition to the construction. He listened to my concerns/requests and created an action plan to see them through. He is knowledgeable and solutions oriented. His professionalism, communication, responsiveness, and workmanship are unmatched. Everyone at Roden are true professionals and easy to deal with. Hayley in the office was very helpful along the way. She was very responsive to all my questions. She helped us with the design and picking out colors and materials. Daniel and the rest of the Roden crew were absolute rockstars. They take the same quality in their work as Robbie does. Everyone at Roden went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy. Roden treated my home as if it was his own. There’s an old Italian proverb: “Come il cacio sui maccheroni” the literal translation is “Like cheese on macaroni” which has the meaning “To be perfect for the job.” This describes Roden.

They did a wonderful job.  Our pool looks gorgeous.  They were tremendous to work with.

John is the most honest human being I have ever dealt with. He is amazing. He ended up not doing as much work as he anticipated so he gave us a discount. If I have questions, he will still come out to my house answer questions. He was right on his time line when completing everything. He recommended a contractor that was excellent too. I would recommend him to anyone. He really knows his business. He uses top of the line products.
