On October 7, 2003, Peet Roofing and Remodeling replaced my entire roof. Today, July 16, 2013, I am having to replace that roof because it was installed improperly. The shingles were nailed in the wrong place. The nails rusted, letting the water in, seeping through the felt and rotting the plywood underneath. I was just about to have a major catastrophe. I already had a leak in my living room and two more problems were about to rear their ugly heads over my bed and in another bedroom. My new roofer replaced 10 sheets of plywood and the entire edge of my roof, approximately 4 feet wide front and sides, due to rot.
