Scam artist at its finest. Presentation professional, backend service horrible. They don't respond to service calls and didn't follow through on 1 year supply of salt. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent activities.

We were very happy with the installation of the water system however we feel that we were scammed by this company in their promise of a lifetime warranty on the water system and we were also promised 3 bags of salt per month and pure & clean cleaning products, soaps & shampoos which we never received. Now after leaving numerous messages and sending e-mails we are getting absolutely no response back from the company. I would stay away from them as they apparently lied to us about the benefits of installing their system

Kelly was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He sent Dustin out for installation within a day. Dustin was equally professional and did a wonderful job getting us set back up after Hurricane Ian destroyed our water softening system and main water pipes to the house.

The water quality presentation made by Kelly and Tiffanie was very professional and highlighted the need to have an excellent filtration and water softener system, it convinced both my wife and I. I’m a Chemical Engineer and I didn’t disclose this until after the presentation was over and I can attest that they both made accurate explanations of each test, it’s significance and possible health effects. Both Kelly and Tiffanie are very personable and friendly and it is time we’ll spent to listen to their presentation. The installation was very professionally done, quick and aesthetically pleasant. I have had the system for a month now I'm very happy with the improved water quality of my household. Highly recommend that you accept their invitation to perform a water quality demonstration.
