They arrived on time, gave us an excellent quote and they were fast. Our carpet looks like new! So pleased with the service and price. Very professional!

We have used this service over six times over the last ten years Each time we were pleased with the result but not the cost, or the drama that went with interacting with the father/son duo. Each time the price started high, seemingly pulled out of their hat without any calculation, then dickered down to a reasonable price. Afterwards they always seemed to want additional money. We have had to call them back twice to finalize cleaning after the initial job.

I contracted with them yesterday (01 JULY) at the house for a $300 job on the 2600+ square feet house with light white high quality carpets. The house has tile in the kitchen, baths, hallways and major traffic flow areas between formals, the den and three of the four bedrooms. The son originally started out at $500, then we agreed down to $300 from past experience. I received a written estimate and an appointment for today (02 JULY) at 0900 / 9:00 AM.

Today, they were supposed to be there at 9:00 AM. I received a call from the son after 11:00 AM. He immediately started rambling that they had been doing that house for over ten years. He stated he had already put an hour into this work, referring to the travel to Lakeland from nearby Winter Haven. Of course, his site states free estimates and that they serve Lakeland. He continued on, stating that he couldn't do it and quot;at half priceand quot; and that he wasn't going to be able to make it today, that it was a big job and he had other work that paid better. Then he hung up.

Bottom Line, I believe they are overpriced, not worth the effort to deal with, We stayed with them for quite a while, but there has to be as good or better performance at better price and customer service.

They arrived, set up, and went right to work and did not stop until finished. They explained the process and product they were using. Very helpful explanation.

Not quite a mom-and-pop, rather a pop-and-son business, like the family feel. Pop will tell you how wonderful their work is and how we would appreciate their methods and equipment. It turned out they had to bring a bit more than planned since, I believe, there was a problem with the original truck. Hiowever, all work was complete and done on time and we did appreciate it.As important, they were able to adjust the original quote to a more favorable one..

They used environmentally friendly materials, they were very efficient, and they explained the process to me. The carpet looks great!
