Mike's Home Maintenance, Inc. is a sole-proprietorship which has been operating in Central Florida for the past 15 years. We provide quality services for a reasonable price. We stand behind our work. Mike is a Vietnam veteran. Payment for services provided is expected at the time of completion for small jobs. For larger jobs, payment of half the estimate is expected in advance with the final payment due upon completion, with the exception of the purchase of materials which is paid as materials are purchased and utilized.
