Horrible. Bad businessman altogether. A con. A ripoff. Buys cheap and defective products from cheap vendors and then sells to the consumer at way overpriced rates. Then he rips off his installers. I know, because I used to work for him.

When I went into the McSwain showroom,Daryl spent as much time as I needed in his showroom putting the project together. I never felt rushed or pressured.
I am very pleased with his service. Daryl contacted me every step of the way to keep me informed about the
progress of the project. It took about 2 weeks from ordering the materials until the project was finished..
The workmen came when they were expected and were polite and
competent. I was very satisfied with the service and workmanship.
As with any project, there was a glitch or two. Darryl had someone here the same day or the
next to make sure I was satisfied; and I was.
I would certainly recommend McSwain's to anyone who needs work done in their home. He does flooring, tile work, and much more than kitchens!
