We are pool novices and badly needed some advice on how to get our pool clean. Mannix offered to come out and take a look. They tested the chemical and the pump for us and gave us advice on what needed to be done. They were extremely helpful to us,

My experience with them was good. They were timely and stayed in quote with no surprises. It looked like hell about halfway into it, but it all came together at the end. They did everything they said they were going to do and the pool looks great. The guy who did the sand blasting parked his truck in the wrong spot and killed some of our grass, but that was one of their subcontractors. I shopped around and got recommendations before I had them do the work and the price was exactly in line with what I expected to spend. I could've found people that could've done it for $4,000, but if they would have screwed up I had nothing to come after because they weren't an established business and were people who used to be in the pool business. I figured for another $1,500 I could get it done right and if something did screw up I got somebody to come after. They were a couple of calls that were a day late, but the job went as planned and as they told me. With the price they gave me three months of free pool service and will come once a week to check the chlorine, the PH, and other things. They want me to continue after the three months, but that's okay because they're here doing it every Wednesday and Thursday.

I have only praises for this company:

1. BJ Mannix (the owner) came to my home and examined the pool. We sat down and discussed what we wanted done and our budget. Due to the age of our pool and the severity of the pool's water leak, we talked about several and quot;what if scenariosand quot; so we had an idea of how much a worst case would cost before we started.
2. The staff were on time and performed their work skillfully. Everyone was courteous and polite.
3. We were given unsolicited progress updates so we knew where we were. If there was a hiccup the work schedule (weather) we were contacted and advised.
4. After the new skimmer was installed, the hole was left open so we could monitor if the leak had really been stopped. Unfortunately, we still had a leak. With a smile they dug a little deeper and found the problem and repaired it!
5. Work was professionally done and on schedule. We had an excellent outcome AND we were treated with great care and professionalism. I

I would recommend MANNIX POOLS to anyone who needs pool service. It is A++++ business!!
