I had previously used this service and was very please with past results.  This cleaning was terrible.   After the cleaning, mold and dirt were found  in a cabinet under the kitchen sink.  Cabinets were supposed to be cleaned out, but we found old dust covered paper inside the kitchen cabinets.  Bathroom cabinets were dusty and had powder in the back of drawers.  None of the top closet shelves were cleaned either; they were dust coated after the cleaning.  We had to mop the laundry room floor multiple times before found   mop water was found clean.  Evidently, just bathrooms and kitchen counter tops were cleaned along with the mopping of the floors. This was supposed to be a total house cleaning before moving in.  Before hiring this company, I would recommend writing a list of all work desired.  On the other hand, Pam is extremely pleasant to be around.
