went well. Prompt, managed clean up after job, responded quickly for a touch up that I wanted, and explained the job process as to times for what work they were going to do ie; drywall placement, texture times, when each coat of paint was to be applied and dry times.

After playing phone tag for a week, set up an appointment for an estimate. He no-showed! I can't vouch for his work, I can't speak to his pricing. All I can say is I waited for 2 hours and then called another candidate. Don't want to destroy his rating in case there was some kind of catastrophe, so I will just mark as "fair".

Called several times to schedule for an estimate with him but he failed to show up each time. The reason he gave basically said it wasn't convenient for him.

Joe and his crew did a wonderful job. Re-tiled the floor, walls and shower (including its floor and ceiling) and also installed a pocket door. Repainted all walls and trim. They were always on time. Joe works along with his crew and works every day (except Sundays) until the job is completed. Cleaned up each day. This was his second job for us and after he finishes a major job he is on right now, he will be back to do some additional work. Trust, reliability, respectfulness = Joe Black!

Joe was great kept us up to date when he would be there and gave us a great price, and the install was great my wife was there when they installed the door and said Joe was really a nice guy. Called me within two days and was here by the end of the same week. Very professional. Very easy to talk to and explained what he was was doing. Will call him the next time.

I called him and asked him to come over to give me an estimate to opened a former door that used to exist between two bedrooms that the former owners closed off and put in shelves in both rooms. I only wanted the door way opened back up and a door put back in. And I asked him if he could look at my kitchen door because it sticks trying to open and close the door. He told me he had a painting job to finish up but he would stop by the next day on his way home. He never showed or called. Two days later I called him again only to get a message to leave a message. I left a message for him to call back , that I was still interested. I have yet to hear from him. So I am moving on to someone else. I chose him because he had good reviews. I even told him the first day that I got his name from Angies List !

Great handyman takes pride in his work. As well as a great job, very happy with his work. Keeps to his word for what he will do.

Super job! Joe had previously installed two exterior doors and a very tricky pocket door in our doublewide, as well as repairing a rotted section of subfloor. The work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. So we knew he was the one to build the decks for us and we are thrilled with the finished products. We had drawn up some plans and Joe made some excellent suggestions on changes that would improve functionality, appearance and structural stability. We couldn't be happier with the results. He was always on time, ready to work and a delight to have around. We will definitely hire him again.

Joe  was honest and accurate with what had to be done, how it would be done and cost.  We used his services over a period of a couple months due to  problems with products we ordered online arriving damaged  and having to be sent back. He put up  a 57" bathroom mirrored cabinet and replaced  several  pool screens  for us.  It's nice to know there are dependable  hard working guys out there. we'd hire them again in a heart beat.
