+ -1 moreThe job had to be coordinated from a distance since this is a second home. I explained the job that needed to be accomplished and Donald Harp visited my property, assessed the job to be done and quickly phoned me with a proposal and explanation. I accepted his proposal over the phone and he faxed a copy to me which I signed and returned. The roofing crew, headed up by Kenneth Harp, arrived promptly on the morning we had planned. The work was to be completed in one day. Donald Harp arrived shortly after the roofing crew and explained again the job to be done. Not only did they remove the old roof (3 layers) but they installed a new roofing system designed to drain water off the flat roof and provide better insulation. They also cleaned our gutters, not something agreed to in the proposal. They cleaned the area and hauled away all of the debris. All of the work was done in a very professional and curtious manner. We will definitely call on Imperial Roofing again and recommend them very highly to anyone needing roof work done.

Description of Work: Our flat roof which covers the family room needed to be replaced. I wanted to see if we could do something to improve the energy efficiency and make it a white roof to reflect the heat. Donnie Harp of Imperial Roofing suggested an Isoboard system with a white rubber topping which would reflect the heat. He also suggested adding a 12" pitch so the water would run off and there would be no standing puddles. The roof now has a R-10 factor and I could feel the room cool almost immediately. The job only took from 8AM to 2PM and they cleaned up nicely. When Donnie did the estimate he gave us copies of all his licenses and insurance coverage along with individual customer endorsements we could check with. They were very professional and I recommend them highly.
