GATOR PRESSURE CLEANING

I have used Gator for pressure washing and painting for about 15 years and have always been pleased with the results. This time I was a little less pleased. The siding on the front of my home had dozens of small black spots that remained after the pressure washing was complete. I pointed them out to the provider and he told me that they would not come off. I showed him with a fingernail how easy they came off and asked if he had a brush or something to knock them off and he said that they only take off what the water pressure will remove. I also asked if he had something to remove a small rust stain on the siding near my front porch. He said that he did and went to the truck to get it. He found that he didn't have the rust remover with him. I asked him if he could come back with it and he didn't answer. I also had stains remaining on portions of the aluminum soffit and he told me that the stains would not come off and that the soffit needs to be painted. He was probably right about the soffit. I will continue to use Gator but I feel like they have done a better job on my past jobs.

A supervisor came out on 8/10, and in less than 30 minutes had the front of my house spotless. Gator gets an A+ all the way around.

Provider did a great job! Told us what to move on our lanai to expedite the work, and they came in and cleaned. Our house and lanai were exceptionally clean! We were proud to host company the next week.

They did a fantastic job! We hat not had the area professionally pressure washed in many years. Did not realize it could look - and smell - that good!

They did a great job, it looks fabulous. The customer service was great. They showed up when they said they would and stayed with it until the job was completed.
