FLORIDA PEST CONTROL & CHMCL

I use Florida Pest Control.  I would give them A's.   I use them for everything.  I also use them for my inside and outside pest control and my lawn fertilizing as well as bug control/weed control.   

I am on their quarterly service. They are on time, they show up, and they do their thing.

I called Florida Pest Control office late November 2014; the receptionist told me an inspector would return my call. James called me back within two hours. I arranged with him to do the termite inspection and its appreciated that he was punctual. He inspected all areas of my  house, mainly around the baseboards, for possible damaged wood. He determined that my baseboard damage was from subterranean termites and quoted a price of $900 but he left no written estimate. Later that day I called him to say that I needed an estimate emailed to me and he promised to email it the following day which he did. Even though I did not call back for a day or two James called me back to  followup. We arranged to have the work done on Dec 1 and the tech was on time. He answered my questions in a very professional way and proceeded to do the work. I felt the work was done quite thoroughly but I was not quite satisfied about the answer he gave about followup. My question was: how would I know if the termite treatment is working six month from the day. He said only that the product they use was expensive but is very effective. Overall I will recommend them for anyone needing to do this type of work.

The service tech called me and said there was no one home (he was to go inside the house, as well as do the outside). I told him that the resident didn't have a car so resident was probably home and he just needed to knock. As it turns out, he was at the wrong address. Well, that could happen so I didn't think anymore of it and told him the right address.







A couple of weeks after the service, the property mgt company wanted a copy of his report - what he found at the house in terms of and quot;pestsand quot; - I called, faxed a letter and contacted them several times for this report but NEVER received anything. I hate being ignored and obviously, they don't do anything but spray and keep no record of what they find or apparently look for anything to determine if you have pests or rodents. I was really disappointed with them and their unresponsiveness.

1) Professional arrived for inspection within two hours of our call. 2) prices for all areas of service were competitive or better than others. 3) Upon signing agreement agent did a VERY thorough personal inspection of everything. 4) The next day 3 trucks did the first application of the contracted treatment! Extraordinary service by competent and pleasant professionals at a reasonable price.

They treated the weeds growing in my grass and returned in 2 weeks for a second treatment which is part of the initial protocol. It has made a significant improvement already. I hired them to continue with routine maintenance for the next year.

The service is excellent.

Florida Pest Control is good and they have wonderfully green uniforms.

They were timely in their services. They were prompt with the inspection and I would look into using them in the future.

The previous termite control was only done on the front of the house because the gates were locked, however the property manager's name and phone number were on the front of the service slip. The property manager claimes he never recieved a call. This time the inspection was completed in and out of the house. The tech. took a sample of the soil, however, I have not heard back from them. They did apply lawn pest control in the short time I required them to do the job. We also paid for lawn fertilizer to be applied. I believe it was done, however the amount of grandulars applied seemed light.

We are happy with this service. We have them for home pest control as well as lawn / exterior service... All the interior pest control is done from the outside unless there is a special problem that needs to be resolved inside....
