I needed "as built" plans drawn up to comply with a siting I received from the county. I didn't get a building permit to build my shed and they caught me. I had to provide SEALED plans to the county, which meant retaining the services of an architect or engineer.
I called Ryan Bataille at Drafting Design Services and explained my situation. He was very familiar with what was necessary for my situation.
We scheduled a time for him to come out. He arrived on time.
The plans were drawn up as needed and were finished when he said they would be.
After spending 3 hours at the county property division to have them look at the plans, I had to go back and have Ryan make a small change (not Ryan's fault, I removed an A/C unit to avoid further compliance issues) and Ryan did that quickly and without additional cost.
I thought the cost was rather high, but maybe that is the going rate. Regardless, it was the price he said it would be when I first spoke to him so it wasn't a surprise.
