Computer Repair
In the process I lost a lot of critical data with no ability to restore it. Items such as addresses, purchased music, word documents, as well as passwords were all lost in this process. I was frustrated that this was not brought to my attention as a novice computer user this information was lost. I was not told to backup or replicate any info prior to dropping off the computer. In the end they offered to refund me $25 of the 125 already charged, but this unsatisfactory due to the extreme loss of data. I felt the entire amount should have been refunded.
