Central Florida Roofing is licensed, insured and very professional. When I couldn't find one other roofer in my area to even provide pricing, Lenny at Central Florida Roofing arrived when promised and provided pricing the same day. Andrew Katros kept in contact with me during the entire process. When they left, my yard was just as clean as when they arrived. They did not require a downpayment and when I asked when payment was due, they told me they would take it when the roof was complete and to my satisfaction.
