Wow! If you are thinking about doing any projects involving flooring or bathroon tile in your home, please take our first-hand experience advice and call Blackburn's Interiors first. You will not find better prices or more superb, friendly, supportive customer service anywhere else than you will from the great team at Blackburn's Interiors led by owner Wally Blackburn.
We had been thinking about taking on the monumental task of recarpeting and redoing the floor of our kitchen and retiling our master bathroom for almost two years but had simply put it off because the thoughts of having to pack up all of the what-nots, and move all of the furniture from our home of 42 years just seemed overwhelming to us.
We stopped by Blackburn's interiors one day to take a look at what they had to offer. Blackburn's Interiors does such great work that they were the ones who did all of the original flooring in our 42 year old home and it still looked very good and was in very condition. We were just ready for a change.
Well, Wally meet us at the door with a big smile and hearty welcome. How could they help us out? I described to the letter what kind of carpet I thought we would like: color, style, texture. Bingo! Wally walks over and pulls out a sample and it is the perfect one. I then describe exactly what I would like for the new kitchen floor to look like and again. Presto!  He knew his inventory so well that he brought out the absolute ideal piece of vibrant vinyl plank flooring that matched my exact description. It could not have been any more perfectly matched to what I had described. Now we were really curious with these lovely choices presented to us. 
Could Wally recommend a contractor to possibly do a remodel of our master bath since we still had the original old tile in the bath/shower area? Shazam! Wally informs us that Blackburn's sells all of the tiles to do these types of jobs as well and we head to the area of the beautiful showroom where all of the tiles in on display. We begin to look through the samples and there it is. The most wonderful, like is was made-to-order to match the carpet we had picked out tile to use in a bathroom remodel job in the old bath/shower. I mean it was a perfect accompanying match up.
Now it was time to get Wally to do some calculating. He figured up an estimate for us on the carpet for the whole house, the new vinyl plank floor for the kitchen, and the remodel for the master bath. We had never once given him any price ranges or cost restrictions that day. Wally summoned us and said he had an estimate ready and gave us the total price. We were very, very pleased with the figure that he gave us. I spoke up and aksed, "How much more then will it be to install all of these materials?" I thought the estimate was just for the actual carpet, vinyl, and tile. "Oh no, that is the total cost for materials and labor to install everything!" says Wally with a big old smile. We both smiled from ear to ear and said, "Let's sign the papers now and get on your schedule for the work to begin."
The carpet installers and the tile installers all were very hard workers and were always on time. They worked hard and the carpet people assisted in helping to move the heavy furniture out of each room as they were laying the carpet in that area. After the carpet was completed in different areas of the house, the carpet men helped to move the heavy furniture back into the correct rooms. What a fabulous help this was to us. 
The entire project is now complete and we could not be happier with all of the work that was done. Our 42 year old home looks brand new. You can be certain that when we need any flooring or tile work done, we will be choosing Blackburn's Interiors, Inc. in Winter Haven, FL. They literally roll out the "proverbial red carpet" for their customers. Thank you Wally and team for the awesome job.

From showroom shopping to confirmation of order to installation, everything went smoothly. Quality Stainmaster carpeting feels wonderful underfoot. Would definitely call upon Blackburns Interiors again!

Above and beyond our expectations.

Blackburns is the first and only place you need to go to for flooring. We closed on a vacation home in Bartow on a Wednesday afternoon, and had new carpet in the bedrooms before noon the next day. The customer service and quality work of the installers is absolutely the best. As for comparison shopping elsewhere for price and products--been there, done that, and wish I hadn't wasted my time and effort. I made a big mistake in contacting a national 50% off flooring company for hard surface flooring who were unable to deliver on their promise to have the work done before we needed to get back to SC. I will be calling on Blackburns to finish that project.

Wally Blackburn as served our family over 30 years. Always fair and honest. Installer Chuck was amazing he did so much extra to make install perfect. I have no complaints but the highest regard.

Wally was great to work with. Carpet was originally bought from him, but not installed by him. The carpet was not installed properly & Wally worked with us to make things right. Lesson learned. Never hire who has been recommended by someone who knows someone use a professional.

The young men arrived at time specified. They were polite, clean?and went right to work. I would tell right away they knew what they were doing, very meticulous job. Carpet butted up to curved tile?and they had no trouble.

Service was great. The team was very responsive when I called them, and they set an appointment in a timely manner. When in the store, they did not hover, but answered questions when we had them. Everything was very smooth.

They were very professional and very careful with my parent's belongings.  We did have to pack everything up and move the smaller nick nacks into another room that wasn't being floored, but they moved all the furniture.  When there was an issue with the window treatment -- the rod didn't "perform" properly -- they replaced it several times and eventually decided to go with another company whose rod was more appropriate.  They discovered the flaw when they did the installation, so there was no concern about them making it right.

Excellent service and quality.  I highly recommend.

Blackburn Interiors last week replaced carpet that I had purchased five years and two weeks ago - two weeks beyond the warranty. 
My carpet seemed to have several problems and when I asked for their help to report this to Shaw Carpet, they did so and called to tell me my carpet would be replaced free of charge.
More often than not companies try to figure a way NOT to honor their warranties and I was quite sure I would be told that my problem was two weeks over their maximum time for help, BUT that didn?t happen.
Shaw gave me new carpet with no complaints and did a wonderful job with cheerful men to do the work in my home.
I really appreciate people honoring their word with products and Shaw and Blackburn did just that. 
I would recommend Blackburn's Interiors to anyone needing flooring products and Shaw will be my carpet of choice from now on because they were so good with their promises.

The overall experience was top notch.? We dealt with Wally and Greg for the floors and Judy for the blinds.? They were very professional, efficient and most helpful.? Their prices were lower than their competitors, yet the products and service were superb!? Highly recommend!

An in home consult was provided prior to the purchase.  We also had an in shop consultation. The gentlemen provided professional service, removing and replacing the carpet in a matter of hours.   I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring replaced.
