True to form, the last time and each other time, Billy Bob and his crew bended over backwards to make us happy. There have even been times when I'm desperate for other services (like mowing/edging and stump grinding) when Billy-Bob puts me in touch with someone (also reliable) who can help get that done. My family won't use anyone else!
