The doors were in a mess and Kevin Ward did a good job. He took his own sweet time telling me that he had larger jobs that took priority. I could understand that had I known in going in but I think the issue was that he didn't get along with my fiancé who also happened to be the contractor I the remodel. Ok, so I didn't get them done in a timely manner and ok, he and his staff were rude, but here's the thing: They returned one of the doors with the hinges and just left it on the floor. When I asked them, his design assistant, she said she didn't know where to find them. I went online and there are many places they could be found. These people are unprofessional. Losing hinges is one thing (and I would not have been irritated) but rudely refusing to make it right is another. I wouldn't work with these people again.
