They came about an hour after I called. Found and fixed the problem, in about 20 minutes. Was only charged for labor because unit is still under parts warranty. Very professional and courteous.

Called Steve at air pros first thing Monday after loosing my air Saturday night . Within a hour had guys at my house and they had it diagnosed and gave me a estimate and informed me they had the parts to go ahead and fix it right than . Fastest service around Thanks air pros .

The owner Steve answered the call when I called. He arrived about 3 hours later to evaluate system. The system was 30+ yrs. old so I new it needed replaced. I called three other companies to get quotes. The three other companies I called set appointments up for me to meet with their salesmen. Their quotes were wide ranging ( I guess to support fleet and sales staff) I was impressed that the owner Steve arrived so quickly, evaluated, and quoted all in the same day. His quote was by far the most reasonable. I am in the process of building a new home and plan to use him for my AC install again. This was the first time I used Angie's List to screen contractors. I rarely respond to a survey or review type request unless I am unhappy with the service. I believe that Angie's List serves the consumer and contractor well. Thank You, I will use again.
