West End Safe and Lock Services opened in 1997. Our store was a mobile unit, enabling us to provide on-site customer service all over central Florida. Today, we have a retail location at: 20 East Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787, and we continue to provide the best in customer service and on-site customer care. West End Safe and Lock Services is at your service. There is no job too small or large. Our technicians are licensed, bonded and insured. I also believe in continued education. I hold a certification as a GSA Safe and Vault Technician and Inspector from the Lockmaster Security Institute for Training – one of only a few in the state to have that certification. For my technicians, we have in-house training programs so that our staff is well equipped to handle any challenge you might have.

"This was a weekend call. The request was for flush bolts to be installed that we do not carry on our service trucks and the supply houses are closed. We quoted for what we thought would best secure the doors as well as look cosmetically correct. The technician attempted to repair the existing hardware to help avoid the need for any new hardware. We responded on time and in a professional manner. If the pricing was not acceptable I agree with that F rating. I do not agree with the rest of the rating. We pride our selves in trying to make all our clients pleased with our work as well as our pricing"
