SUNDEK/SUN SURFACES OF ORLANDO

Jay was really great to work with. He was very patient and explained every step of the process thoroughly. Deck looks great. I was frustrated with having to wait 8 weeks for the work to begin but they were booked solid and that is actually a good thing. Once the project started it was finished within a week as promised.

THE sloppiest. poorest workmanship imaginable. Some areas were not coated at all. Many areas had pollen & other debris embedded in it. On the edges of the pool deck where it makes a 90 degree turn down to the ground, the paint was just allowed to flow down to the ground. In some areas where there are french drains, the gravel was coated with paint. In other areas the leaves & grass on the ground had been covered in paint. Worst of all, their is paint on the pool screen enclosure, both the frame & the screen itself. It has been months since the work was done & it still has yet to be completed to my satisfaction. Yesterday I was told that Sun Surfaces of Orlando would be back in 2- 3 weeks to finish the work! This is the poorest customer service I have received. And from a company that claims to be a premier provider & who charges like they are! They have al;ready been paid & so they have no concern now that there are problems with the work. MY ADVICE: STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUN SURFACES OF ORLANDO!

They were on time and finished on time. Very cost effective and 10 years later I am still happy with it. Last night a new neighbor knocked on the door and asked me who had done my front walkway. I think this tells the story, 10 years old and still looks great. This is why I decided to write a review on Angie's List. I have recommended this to many people and know of 4 that have used them and still happy with the work and look,
